Premier Inn London Bexleyheath

We had a very restful night sleep. The bed was very comfortable, more pillows were provided for guests use. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Jo and the team in the restaurant were fantastic. We will definitely stay again when we next visit london.

best stay ever!! beds were comfy and clean, had a good night sleep with no noise. staff were extremely friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk to especially Nisha. chef Steven was amazing he made hot food breakfast so delicious and perfectly cooked basically licked my plate my family member also said the same. would definitely recommend this to other friends and family and would make a return.

Peter in the restaurant was so friendly and helpful and I had the best breakfast I have ever had in a premier inn from chef Steve. The breakfast was cooked to order and so hot. Just perfect thank you. A great start to a busy day. I couldn't have asked for a better breakfast

The pillows are the fluffiest your right and gave us the right amount of towels and pillows so thank you 🙏🏽 jo & Nisha at reception was amazing so accommodating very helpful did there job and more for us (excelled) as a family my children and I was very greatfull for there help with the kids which was lovely so thanks to them please massively because it’s never easy at times as a single parent and kids to accommodate and entertain while I need to do grown up things like ordering food and paying etc.. so they really played a big part in that so please give a massive pat on the back because helping with other peoples children isn’t easy at all you just don’t know where you stand but they were incredible

On arrival no staff in sight - both check in machines out of order. Had to wait ages for a member of staff in the restaurant to even appear just to check in. Then overnight after a fire alarm sounded - we all stood outside the Bexleyheath hotel at 2am with half the hotel guests in the freezing cold for 45 minutes and the two clueless receptionists had zero idea what to do. No communication; no fire wardens; no instructions of where to go or what to do. Near riot with angry confused customers. Noone said anythibg to us anf after freezing ourselves outsise the hotel we guessed of course it was false and came back to our rooms. Hopefully it is false. The staff necer said a word. At best imcompetent. At worst down right dangerous

A* stay. Room clean and comfortable Shower was good power and hot. Bed was delightful and slept like a queen. Breakfast was hot and everything available Jo at breakfast was amazing, attentive and polite. Snacks available at vending machine
